Hello,

it's been a long time since I last blogged. Well, I'm on a diet and exercise plan to gain weight, hopefully it'll be muscle mass =)

Will be updating what I eat daily, so that my lovely cg can hold me accountable to the plan =)

6am - Glass of fresh milk and 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil
6plus (on the bus) 2 slices of multi-grain bread with cheese
10plus 1 banana
Noon - 1 small bowl of fish ball bee hoon soup + 2 small curry puffs + 1 slice of water melon
3plus pm - some cheese biscuits
5plus pm - Ribena with plum drink

I went jogging with 2 colleagues 3.2km =)

8plus pm I will be having rice with veg and fried fish coated with egg and some melon soup cooked with pork ribs and a mangosteen and 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil. And will take another 1 tablespoon of cod liver oil before I sleep.

Sigh... I can forsee that you will feel very bored reading my entries...

Think my MP is going house to house to talk to us... better try to eat dinner soon...
